Client-Focused Communication

Each area manager submits weekly QC reports for the buildings they oversee, signed by both the area manager and the facility manager. These reports are reviewed weekly by operations managers, the general manager, and the owner, allowing us to implement corrective measures promptly. This ensures accurate information from our field personnel and provides our clients with insights into communication effectiveness between their staff and our firm.
